the BACKSTORY
Automobile brand MINI USA approached SKRAM seeking alternatives to existing specifications to refine and realize a more compelling interpretation of the MINI client experience. The pilot project would be sited at a key Utah dealership with owners who were existing SKRAM clients, already familiar with the Company's background in providing innovative, tailored solutions for design-driven commercial spaces.
Over the course of an accelerated design and fabrication process and constructive collaboration between MINI USA, the Utah-based dealership owners, and SKRAM leadership, the scope of work becomes a ‘turnkey’ pilot project, to include 4 phases: standard and custom loose furniture, custom display and merchandising system with integrated open and closed storage and lighting, custom millwork, and wayfinding & signage.
