The first step is to contact skram. In some cases, you will be directed to the appropriate outside representative. In other cases, you may work directly with skram. Orders are confirmed by receipt of a 50% deposit, with the balance including crating/transit fees due prior to release from the dock.

Quickship program orders typically ship within 10 business days of receipt of payment. Standard lead time for low volume orders of not in stock items is 8-12 weeks for most products. Certain volume/contract orders my be subject to longer lead times. Accelerated lead times of not in stock items are possible under our rush order program. Please inquire for fees and details. All lead times are calculated from date of order confirmation to dock-ready date. Transit times vary and skram has limited control once an order leaves our facility.
All skram products are made in their entirety in our solar powered facility in north carolina.
